Every project we build gets solved on paper first — grades, drainage, base depth, layout, elevations. That’s not extra process, it’s the reason our builds go in without surprises and still look right ten years later. Straightforward flatwork can be planned over the phone. Larger outdoor living and custom builds get a paid on-site design consultation, because those decisions are worth more than a guess from the driveway.

Photos & measurements
Send a few photos and rough measurements and we’ll tighten that range up considerably. The more we can see, the closer we get before you’ve spent a dollar.

On-site measure & written quote
When it’s a good fit, we take exact measurements, confirm drainage and materials, and put your price in writing. Itemized, no moving targets.

We start with a real conversation — what you want the space to do, what’s possible on your lot, and an honest budget range. Send photos and rough dimensions ahead of the call and we’ll get you a ballpark that’s actually useful. You’ll know whether we’re a fit before you spend anything.

$200 on-site design consultation
This is where the project gets solved. We walk the lot, shoot grades, check drainage and access, and go over design options and elevations with you in person. Credited in full toward your project.

Design & written proposal
You get a plan for the whole space and an itemized proposal you can build from — or phase over time, in the right order, so nothing has to be torn out later.
- 04
Built as one project
One crew builds the whole space — hardscape, structures, kitchen, lighting — coordinated from first cut to final joint. No finger-pointing between trades.
The $200 design consultation is credited in full toward your project.
